Jim brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing at Procter & Gamble, including seven as Global Marketing Officer. At P&G he led the marketing function for the world’s largest consumer products company, doubling sales and quintupling earnings. Over that time, he managed 7,000 marketers and the world’s largest advertising budget.
As a brand manager, Jim worked in beauty and baby care, leading the integration of CoverGirl and turning around Pampers to become the market leader in baby care.
Jim is a thought leader in the marketing industry, and widely known for leading innovation and for a commitment to building high performing marketing organizations.
Over the last ten years Jim has worked with over one hundred Fortune 1000 clients as CEO of The Jim Stengel Company, a think tank and consultancy, conducting proprietary research, generating thought leadership, and applying a new framework to drive business growth.
In addition to being an officer of P&G, Jim previously served on the board of AOL and Motorola.
